- Inspire students to engage in meaningful work that connects biology, chemistry, environmental science, technology, and sustainability to the farm context.
- Co-create a curriculum that balances student voice, academic rigour, and Montessori principles, supporting diverse pathways including SQA qualifications.
- Ensure the safety, wellbeing, and holistic development of all students in your care through supportive relationships and consistent guidance.
- Collaborate with the teaching team to integrate arts, humanities, and practical life skills into the adolescents’ farm school experience.
- Maintain accurate records of student learning and progress, and communicate regularly with families.
