We are looking for a meticulous, experienced and enthusiastic Design Technology Technician to join our Design Technology department from August 2025.
Working term-time only on a part-time basis, the successful candidate will support the Head of Design Technology with the day to day running of three specialist workshops, ensuring the maintenance and safe working use of equipment. The post holder will also be responsible for the preparation of materials for various projects and classes.
It is essential that the DT Technician has a strong understanding of Health & Safety regulations and safe working practices.
This role offers a varied and engaging work environment, perfect for a proactive individual passionate about supporting educational excellence in Design Technology.
Hours of Work
The working hours for this position are 15 per week. Standard working hours are from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, including an unpaid one-hour lunch break. The working days and times for this role are flexible and can be discussed during the interview process.
